A video circulating online which adwoaadubianews has sighted shows a group of jubilant boys composing a song and dancing as the President lifted the partial lockdown in the early hours of Monday.
The President’s decision was not expected by many in the country. This however, did not deter the youth from jubilating as many have complained of dire hardship during the lockdown.
