5 Things You’ll Regret Later if You Don’t Do Them Now. 48

Life goes by so fast. It melted away for 5 years before I realized what it was. I have bad news for you. It will go by so fast in 5 years.

The problem isn’t that time flies so fast. The problem is what we did and did not do during this time.

I’m sure there are things that you wish you would have gone back to and wished you had done. That’s what it’s like to be human. But if you do not do what I will tell you below, you are likely to regret it a lot in the future.

So what are the things you should do right now so that you don’t regret it?

#1- Travel While You Can

The thing I enjoy most in my life is seeing new places. So how many countries and cities have you visited?

I have visited 27 countries in Europe, I have seen 56 cities so far.

I remember when I started traveling the world, I was incredibly nervous. But nothing happened as I feared, I made friends from every city. I often travel around Europe. Sometimes I get on a plane in the evening for a party and find myself in Berlin, or I get lost in the streets of Rome and drink my Aperol Spritz, or we can go out for wine in Paris with an ex-girlfriend I’ve never been able to break up with. (It’s just a secret I’m sharing with you 😂)

All of the people who see these tell me how much they envy me, but they never think of leaving their own city. They always have an excuse.

Make no excuse, seeing and traveling around the world is the most beautiful feeling that makes you feel alive.

It is the miracle that you realize that you are free to travel to countries and get to know new places. Its streets, its history, its culture.

For example, I earned a good amount from this platform this month. With this money, I will go on a holiday to Amsterdam and Rome at the beginning of the year. Thanks,

#2- Realize How Beautiful You Are

This is the biggest problem I see around.

People never realize how beautiful they are. The warmth radiated by those smiles, the light they radiate in the clothes.

I am not saying that everyone is beautiful, of course, but everyone has an attractive feature. Don’t get hung up on your bad traits.

Learn to love yourself. When I was in the psychology department, one of my professors, whose name was Berrin, said,

“You will care a lot about what people think at your age, this feeling will decrease in your 30s and you will realize how beautiful you are when you reach your 40s”.

Since then, I consider myself so beautiful, but I realize that I am not really handsome. But I have beautiful dimples.

Find something you love in yourself, love your body and yourself. Fuck everybody.

#3- Don’t Constantly Try to Maintain a Bad Relationship, End It

If something isn’t happening, it’s not happening.

When you look back in your life, let it be the memories you laughed at, not the years you spent crying.
Of course, it can be difficult to experience the pain of separation or it can be difficult to end a bad relationship. But the main logic of relationships is that you are happy.

You wouldn’t fall in love with someone to be unhappy, would you?

I say end your relationship with the wrong person without wasting too much time. Because the time and effort you spend in the future will cause you great sadness.

I remember a very bad relationship that we could never end or break up with. It was just a fight and a fight and when I managed to break up completely, my life got better after that.

I spent that time starting a new business and also spending it with my friends.

#4- Taking Time for Physical Activities

The things I’ve written so far could be settled with a change in your mindset. But this is the most difficult process.

Who doesn’t want a beautiful beach body?

But we have to work for it, at the same time, there will be tons of health problems that we will experience in our old age. I’ll give you a very good example of this.

I don’t know if you’ve ever been to Turkey, but very few people do sports. In their daily lives, they always use taxis or cars and walk as little as possible. It is almost impossible to see bicycles on the streets. In Europe, it’s the opposite.

Everyone is cycling and walking.

Is it the result?

While a 46-year-old person in Turkey has serious bone disorders, people in Europe use bicycles at the age of 60.

Before we look at the past and wish I had, I would say add a little sport to your life.

#5- Don’t Hesitate to Do Something Different

There is something that I have said tons of times in my previous articles. Monotony kills people.

Doing the same thing every time you go to work 9–5 and come home…

This is a hell cycle.

If you do not break this cycle, you will regret it, for example, after reading this article, pick up your phone and buy a ticket to a concert by your favorite artist. Dine at a restaurant you haven’t tried one evening. If you have a more excited soul, I suggest skydiving. You will feel that you are alive to the very marrow of your bones.

Well, do you want a life full of excitement? Or the 40 years you spent on the sofa?

Final Thoughts

As a result, I think that if you do not do these things, you will have many regrets in your old age.

Life is beautiful, but even to live it.

Increase your courage and self-confidence. Your new life is actually very soon. It just takes some work. Afterward, you can set an example for your children by telling them the crazy memories and unforgettable conversations you have had for years. Not everyone in life is work.
