Former Ghana Black Stars player Reverend Osei Kofi has named his all-time best skipper of the national team.

The 1965 African Cup of Nations winner disclosed to King Solomon on Sunyani based Akonoba FM that former team mate Edward Aggrey Fynn stands tall among all the captains the black stars has ever had.
“Aggrey Fynn will be my best captain of the Black Stars, aside leading the national team He was the captain of Eleven Wise, Real Republicans and when I also met him at Accra Hearts of Oak as well”
“Been a captain is not only about winning tosses, it demands a lot. Even if Aggrey Fynn do not score you could see his contributions and impact on the team, his passes and control on the ball is perfect” he added.
The ex-Asante Kotoko’s refused to give his all time best eleven for the Ghana Black Stars.
“It is a mistake for anybody to make a list of all time best eleven for Ghana, unless you make it generation by generation”
“It is not about performing well with your club abroad but your contributions and honors with the national team, somebody like Abedi Pele who played many of his matches France comes no where near me”.
Reverend Osei Kofi celebrated his 80th Birthday yesterday June 3,2020.
