Jay Z to join Kanye West as running mate in the US presidential election

Famous American rapper Jay Z, set to be joining fellow rapper Kanye West on his bid to become US president.

According to Kanye West who recently disclosed that he reached out to the business mogul to become his running mate. However, the rapper is yet to reveal if Jay-Z conferred his request.

Kanye West is determined on his aspiration to become the next president of the United States of America (USA) and it appears the rap star is also open to the idea of bringing a colleague on the race.

Per reports by Independent & NME.com, the Yeezy brand owner claimed that he recently reached out to fellow rapper Jay-Z, to join him on the US presidential race.

Kanye West was reported to have asked Jay-Z to join his presidential ticket and run as his vice-president. The same media reported that the rapper disclosed during an appearance on Kris Kraylin’s radio show on Sunday, July 19.

The controversial rapper said he had considered his friend Jay-Z, Jade Simmons and Micheal Tidball who is a Christian pastor from Wyoming to become his second-in-command.

According to reports West stated, “We have Michelle Tidball, who is a Christian pastor out of Wyoming, who is my running mate. But she would be open to taking another position if we found another running mate.”
