FrimpongGlorious Accra Hearts of Oak on Sunday beat Ebusua Dwarfs 2-1 at the Accra Sports Stadium to end their two matches winless streak.
Joseph Esso converted a free kick on the 30th mark to put the home team in front.
Hearts created a lot of chances hitting the bar twice but failed score more ending the first half 1-0.
Hearts who lifted up their game got their second goal from a free-kick expertly converted by Kofi Kordzi in the 56 minute.
Dwarfs upped their game asking questions in the goal area of Hearts and succeeded in securing a goal through Albert Ato Hammond on the 70th minute.
The Phobians play against WAFA SC in their next game on Wednesday at Sogakope.
