Ghanaian UK-based gospel musician and preacher, Sonnie Badu has also added his voice to the ongoing call for justice to be tempered with mercy on behalf of Actress, Rosemond Alade Brown, well known as Akuapem Poloo.
A section of Ghanaians has appealed to the authorities to pardon Akuapem Poloo for her wrongdoings. They have said that the separation between the actress and her seven-year-old son will lead to traumatization on both the mother and her son.
Well, a few like Afia Schwarzenegger are also of the view that the actress should be punished for her poor parenting skills of showing her nakedness to her son in a photo. She lambasted Ghanaians calling for the release of an “abusive mother” who needs to be jailed.
Sonnie Badu has also appealed to Her Ladyship Christiana Cann to temper justice with mercy on Akuapem Poloo’ case. According to him, he believes she has learned her lesson and needs to be pardoned.

Akuapem Poloo faces the law today for her final sentence after she was remanded into police custody on Wednesday, 14 April, and made to undergo a pregnancy test.
In 2020, the actress shared a naked photo alongside her son on his 7th birthday. She faced severe criticism and was made to face the law for her action.
She is facing three charges of the publication of obscene materials, undermining the integrity of her son and detracting the dignity of the boy as well.
