According to David Ornstein (h/t Barca Universal), Barcelona are set to be ditched by summer transfer target N’Golo Kanté as Chelsea are making positive progress in their attempts to extend the French midfielder’s contract.
The report from Ornstein further claims that the Blues are increasingly confident of tying Kanté down with a new contract.
Barcelona were hoping to sign the 2018 World Cup winner as a free agent in the summer.
