Tithing is a need for salvation, according to well-known Nigerian minister of God Pastor Adeboye.
In a video that has subsequently surfaced on social media, the man of God was speaking about repentance and tithing while addressing a gathering at a conference.
He speaks about those who took advantage of the convention’s chance for repentance but choose to go back to their old habits rather than heed God’s instructions in the video.
Pastor Adeboye said “make it clear to them, anyone who is not paying his tithe is not going to heaven, fulls stop”.
This video was posted by a social media user who claimed that forming a church was an easy way to make a billionaire in Nigeria.
