Diella TekuAlan Kyerematen, Leader of the Movement for Change, has voiced his confidence about December’s election results, hinting that his campaign may deliver an unexpected outcome. Centered on addressing the needs of everyday Ghanaians, Alan’s platform appears to be striking a chord with voters who, he claims, are growing disillusioned with the traditional parties.
After engaging with voters in Accra’s markets, Kyerematen shared his belief that the support he’s receiving is both authentic and widespread. Reflecting on his experience on the ground, he highlighted the enthusiasm he has witnessed among ordinary citizens, particularly those he spoke with directly.
In a pointed remark, Alan, a former founding member of the NPP, questioned the strength of his former party’s base, cautioning against overestimating the size of its loyal following. “I know the NPP does not have more than a million committed voters,” he stated, adding that the crowds at rallies can be misleading. “The energy and real love that people are showing for this movement is genuine. This December, expect a surprise.”
As December approaches, Kyerematen remains focused on rallying grassroots support, confident that his movement has tapped into a growing desire for meaningful change.
