Former Asante Kotoko National Circles Chairman Kwaku Amponsah (K5), has urged the newly constituted board members of the Ghanaian powerhouse to appoint a very competent Chief Executive Officer who falls within their class to manage the club.
Speaking to Kessben sports, K5 thanked Otumfuo Osei Tutu II,owner and life patron of Asante Kotoko for appointing such a distinguished nine board members to lead the team.
To him, the individual views of the board members, can direct the team towards a perfect destination. Nonetheless, he wants them to appoint someone with top class personality to serve Kotoko as new CEO.
‘’Most of the board members are football people and can take good decisions to help the club. They should appoint a capable CEO who can fit into their caliber,’’ K5 added.
Asante Kotoko on Wednesday 10th June, 2020, announced a decision to dissolve its current management team as the new board seeks to appoint results-oriented personalities to lead the club going forward.
