A 35-year-old Ghanaian nurse identified as Priscilla Baah has died during childbirth.
According to report, she died out of excessive bleeding after delivery.
The nurse who works at St Joseph Hospital in Koforidua is said to have checked in to Newland Hospital, a private facility to give birth.
However, she was later transferred to the Regional Hospital after her situation got out of hand due to a postpartum haemorrhage.
She is said to have died shortly after she was taken to the regional hospital.
Whilst some people blame her death on negligence, Yen.Com reports an insider has revealed that all due process were followed diligently but fate just had its way.
Priscilla Baah is survived by her husband and 3 children including her newborn baby.
