Rangers had to settle for second spot in Group G after playing to a 1-1 draw with Young Boys at Ibrox Stadium.
Alfredo Morelos gave the home side the lead on 30 minutes, but Young Boys secured a point thanks to Borna Barisic’s 89th minute own goal.
Steven Gerrard’s men finished the game with ten men after Ryan Jack received his marching orders in second-half stoppage time.
