The Ghanaian striker is funding the grading and asphalting of the main road in Lamashegu, Tamale after natives and users bitterly complained about the poor nature of the road.
The road connecting Lamashegu, Nyohani, and Sagnarigu has been in a deplorable state for several months as the government is yet to send contractor to work on it.
Abdul Majeed becomes the second celebrity after Shatta Wale to pay for the construction of road in his community

The road was expected to be complete before he (Shatta Wale) comes back from his US tour but the contractor waited until he heard Shatta Wale was about to come down before beginning the construction of the road.
