The Founder of the Ghana Union Movement, Osofo Kyiri Abosom, who is also the founder and leader of Life Assembly Worship Centre has said that God will punish Nana Akufo Addo if he does not lift ban on churches this sunday.
Since the emergence of the coronavirus pandemic in Ghana, the President, Nana Akufo Addo has issued a directive banning social gathering which affects church activities as well. The directive is aimed at preventing the spread of the virus in the country.
It’s been more than a month now church services have not been held at the church premises.
Popular man of God, Osofo kyiri Abosom has called upon Nana Akufo Addo to allow churches to resume regular church services.
According to him, Nana Akufo Addo is believing more in scientific research than the power of God, and if that is so, God will punish the leaders of this country.
He further suggested that churches should be allowed to operate ensuring that they abide by the safety precautions needed to fight the coronavirus.
Osofo Kyiri Abosom indicated that churches can also operate where members will be mandated to wear a nose mask before entering the chapel, and also Veronica buckets will be made available in front of the church building.
