Hearts of Oak won the 2021 2020/21 MTN Ghana FA Cup with an 8-7 penalty shootout victory over AshantiGold.
During the sudden death penalty shootout, AshantiGold goalkeeper Kofi Mensah missed his spot-kick after his counterpart Richard Attah had scored.
The match which was played at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday 78, 2020 was the last football activity of the season.
Hearts then qualify for the CAF Champions League next season. The last time Hearts of Oak won a double league title was way back in 2000.
