Eyewitness Joshua Sarpong Yeboah, who spoke to Onua News, reported that the incident took place shortly after 4 a.m. Commuters and drivers were left stranded for hours as emergency services responded to the scene. Authorities are working to clear the road and restore normal traffic flow.
