Socialite Rosemond Alade Brown, popularly known as Akuapem Poloo, has expressed gratitude to all the celebrities who rallied behind her during her trial with the #FreeAkuapemPoloo campaign on social media.
In an Instagram video posted a few minutes after she was convicted to a total of 270 days in jail – 90 days for each count to be served concurrently – the mother of one said she is strong and “I will be back with you guys”.
She admitted that sometimes in life “you have to pass through some things to make you strong, to get you somewhere. I know it is a test I have to go through.
“I am strong [and] you guys know.”
