Is Bishop Dag’s God behind Kennedy Agyapong’s latest problems, or his own mouth is to blame?

“Touch not my anointed and do my prophets no harm” is a well famous bible scripture and trust Kennedy Agyapong, he will have any of this scripture, as his TV station, have even created an entire program, to literally attack and defame some, or should I say, all pastors in the country.
If you have ever followed this show, the attacks started with the likes of Bishop Obinim and went on to attack Prophet Nigel Gaisie, Prophet Badu Kobi, amongst many others and when believers were excited about the exposes’ that also showed that, these “men of God,” were also fallible to not just the sins of the ordinary person, but even more sadly, were in habits of doing seeming worse, many believers joined the chorus and crucified several other pastors.
This went on, as the station gained record numbers of views on its YouTube channel and of course, this raked in some good US dollars for the host, Kwaku Annan. Inspired by this sudden and meteoric rise of the show and fame of Hon. Kennedy Agyapong, he went on and named even the fathers of the faith, including Dr. Mensa Otabil, Rev. Eastwood Anaba, Bishop Agyinasare, amongst many others as also fake.
This was however, when the cord broke the camels back and the show, lost its credibility, at least to me and a few friends I know. They have not backed now, as they seek to return to those days, which have since been evasive. Mot recently, they laid hold of an old teaching of Bishop Dag and played it on their show and in the audio tape, Bishop Dag, had bashed a “King,” as he mentioned Asantehene’s name. In my candid opinion, he was using it to cite an example of leaders generally, but was misconstrued by the host, Kwaku Annan.
In the long run, this generated huge problem for Bishop Dag Heward Mills, and even led to a short closure of the Bantama branch of his church. Apologizing to the Asantehene, Bishop Heward-Mills explained that he preached nearly two decades ago and the content has been taken out of context “by persons who have previously declared their intention to bring harm and ridicule to our organisation [church]”.
In a press statement dated Saturday, June 19, 2021, Bishop Heward-Mills said the accomplishments of the Asantehene are evident and manifest for all to see. “I am deeply saddened that a message I shared at a conference, nearly 20 years ago, has been taken out of its context and circulated by persons who have previously declared that they will maliciously cause our churches in Kumasi to be closed down”, it had stated.
Not only does he extol Otumfuo Osei Tutu II as the Chancellor of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) but also noted his achievement in building about 788 schools since he ascended the throne.
He, therefore, apologized for the content of the video. “I deeply regret that my words spoken almost 20 years ago have offended this honourable institution, which has worked tirelessly for many years to make Ghana and the world a better place for all of us to live in.”
To know the extent of his problems, generated by the TV station for Bishop Dag, his apology was even rejected by four or so youth groups in the Ashanti Region, who were calling for Bishop Dag, to come and kneel down and apologise, just as we are told, Mamponghene had apologized sometime back, with his leaders, to the great Asantehene.
How this problem ended, might be the 9th wonder, kept secret, as I am sure, many top clergy men, must have played pivotal roles, to calm the high waters. But fast forward, Kennedy Agyapong is in seeming high waters for outbursts he made against Erastus Asare.
To best understand, why I am asking, if its the God of Bishop Dag, behind this is the fact that, lets just face the fact, a high court judge, is powerful than a journalist, and if Kennedy Agyapong after his most recent outbursts, against a judge and walked free, why should this one against Erastus, be bringing him such troubles?
Again, Kennedy Agyapong, had gone all out in his rants and verbally abuse the renowned clergy man, on his TV, when an old clip of him cursing people, who destroy churches, was again played n his show and alleged that, it was a most recent video, which was made specifically for Bishop Larry Odonkor, when it was not so. If anyone has gone to the Anagkazo Bible Seminary for instance, Bishop Dag has a square, where what he terms “Orangus” defined as a church destroyer, is arrested in chains, one may ask, if this was also made for the Bishop, who had a problem with him and left?
Maybe, the answer is in this other viral teachings of Bishop Dag, found here at Facebook (VIDEO), where the renowned Bishop, practically demonstrates what it means to fight against an anointed person. According to his expository teaching, he pours anointing oil all over his dress and said that, “you s this oil, when you attack me, because I am anointed, you slap the oil first before your slap me,” he said.
He added, “so you strike the anointing, so what offends you, just move away.” From the understanding of this scripture, clearly, an attack on an anointed person, means a second attack on the anointing as well and i conclusion, I can just ask, “who can start a fight with God, and go free?” Who knows, you can insult a judge and walk free, but not the judge up there”
