Fans of Diana Hamilton and Kofi Kinaata have expressed excitement after a cover art showing the two will be collaborating on a song popped up online.
The song titled “We’ve Got Life” will have the two musicians from different music ideas pour out their hearts on one beat.
Diana Antwi Hamilton is a renowned gospel musician in the country who is revered as one of the soldiers of Christ saving lost souls through music and Kofi Kinaata on the other hand belongs to the world.
Ghana is a country with majority of its population being Christians. Church is very sacred for them likewise church music or gospel and so they do not subscribe to gospel musicians collaborating with ‘worldly musicians’.
The topic of gospel musicians featuring secular musicians on a song has been a grey area to touch in Ghana giving that hypocrites are ready to shoot down that idea.
To the hypocrites, gospel musicians are the cleanest of saints whereas secular musicians are agents of the devil sent to entice and mislead people with their songs.
The song is yet to be released but cover art has gone viral. Check it out below…
