Late former President John Atta-Mills suffered several blood pressure (BP) attacks because his vice, John Dramani Mahama was always dabbling in corruption, the Bono Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party, Kwame Baffoe has revealed.
According to the him one of the reasons the late former President suffered poor health was as a result of the troubles Mr. Mahama put him through.
Speaking on a show dubbed Asempa Fie which airs on Wontumi TV, the NPP Chairman also known as Abronye DC maintained that the bribe taking spree which became the hallmark of Mr. Mahama made Atta-Mills suffer continuous BP attacks and had to frequent South Africa for his medical checkups.
“John Mahama took bribes and that made the BP of Atta-Mills go up. The late former President had to be taken to South Africa because of Mahama…. He (Mahama) was the person troubling Atta-Mills….He made Atta-Mills feel dizzy all the time“, he said
