FrimpongMr Versatile, Okyeame Kwame has served on Gyedu-Blay Ambolley a writ of summons through his social media pages.
This move comes after Okyeame Kwame trying severally to serve him with the summons since March 2020 but all means to reach him proved futile.
As stated in the writ sighted by our outfit on social media, the veteran highlife musician Gyedu Blay Ambolley has 8 days to report to the court.
It could be remembered that some months ago on TV3 in an interview, Gyedu Blay Ambolley alleged that Okyeame Kwame did not pay back a loan of GHC 50,000 the Obour administration gave to him.
Okyeame Kwame’s lawyers in a letter written indicated that the false statement made by Gyedu-Blay Ambolley has lowered the reputation of their client.
His solicitors cautioned that they won’t hesitate to seek legal reparation if he fails to apologize and retract the false statement through the same medium he used with 72 hours.
A suit was filed against after his failure to adhere to their demand.
Months after the suit, Okyeame Kwame has revealed the bailiff has tried all that he could, but he is yet to find Mr Ambolley.
“We have been trying to give this writ to Mr Gyadu-Blay Ambolley since March this year but the bailiff couldn’t find him to deliver. So pls if you know where the legend is, pls tell him the court is looking for Him. He must report within 8 days. This document is legal. Thank You,”
