Reports gathered by our outfit indicates that Mario Balotelli has been sacked by his club Brescia. This comes after the skipper skipped training continuously for 10 good days.
As at today, the owner of the Brescia club, Massimo Cellino sent a letter to Balotelli requesting that his 3-year contract at the club has been terminated after he failed to report to training after restrictions regarding the lock-down were eased. Balotelli was contracted to play at Brescia until 2022 with £160,000 per-week deal he signed in August 2018.
Reports has it that Balotelli’s contract initially was set to be terminated at the end of 2019/20 season but has finally been terminated. Balotelli has apparently reached a financial settlement with the club and will be paid for his services.
