FrimpongThe supreme Court of Ghana has instructed that a new Judge takes over the contempt case of the loud member of Parliament for Assin Central, Hon. Kennedy Ohene Agyapong.
A justice of The Accra High court, Justice Amos Wuntah Wunu who was presiding over the contempt trail of Hon. Kennedy Ohene Agyapong has been prohibited.
According to the supreme court, it will give it full reasons for the decision on the 20th of October 2020. A couple of months back, Hon Kennedy Agyapong used Unprintable words against a judge at a labor court.
