Recall somewhere last year, there was Dr. UN — a smart con artiste who has been awarding celebrities and ‘big men’ in Ghana with fake United Nations Awards.
Dr. Kwame Fordjour as he’s known has been in the business of giving out fake UN awards until his cup got full when he awarded Sarkodie and some other celebrities.
With how popular Sarkodie was, people launched investigations into how credible the award was only to realise that the United Nations and late Kofi Annan to whom the award was related to had nothing to do with it.
Well, our dear sister country Nigeria might also have their version of ‘Dr. UN’ and unfortunately, our popular actress Tonto Dikeh has fallen for the scam.
She was awarded with the UN Noble International Ambassador which came with a number plate.
But after checks, it turns out that the award scheme is fake and UN has nothing to do with it.
Her Ghanaian followers on the various social media platforms she posted photos of her award wrote extensively to tell her the award is fake but she has still not deleted the photos.
