The Member of Parliament for Twifo Atti Morkwa, David Vondee is expected to make his second appearance in court today, June 30, 2021, over his alleged $2.4 million fraud case.
The MP at the last adjourned date secured bail in the sum of GHc2m by a Criminal Division of the Accra High Court presided over by Justice Mary Maame Ekue Nsenkyire.
The MP was arraigned and charged by the Attorney General Department for two counts including allegedly defrauding a private company of $2.4 million between August 2015 and July 2016.
Ahead of today’s appearance, the MP was asked by the Court to file disclosures and witness statements.
