Veep, Dr Bawumia introduces ‘coronavirus greeting style’ amid its outbreak (Video)

If you may recall, President Akufo-Addo in his 63rd Independence celebration speech urged Ghanaians to stop shaking hands to avoid and safeguard oneself from the spread of the coronavirus.

The Vice President of Ghana, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia adhered to the President’s call by introducing a new greeting style that will help safeguard people not to contract the deadly virus.

On Tuesday,10th March 2020, the Veep attended the maiden edition of the Mobile Technology for Development (MT4D) Conference, organized by the Ghana Chamber of Telecoms and the Financial Inclusion Forum Africa, in Accra where he introduced the greeting style.

Dr. Bawumia greeted all protocols at the event with his newfound coronavirus greeting style.
