Justin Trudeau actually took a knee during a Black Lives Matter protest in Ottawa, Canada on June 5. Justin showed up unannounced to hear speeches from protesters demanding fairer treatment from police. Justin joined the large crowd of protesters in silence for 8 minutes 46 seconds and guess what, that was how long American police officer Derek Chauvin and his colleagues were seen kneeling on George Floyd which led to his untimely death.

Truth is, when Justin Trudeau arrived, he tried all he could to mix with the protesters but his presence was already noticed with his security. He then directed his security to stop pushing people as he made his way closer to where the speech was being read.
