A wild Elephant has amazed social media users as it was filmed enjoying a cozy stay in a hotel in Sri Lanka.
Sharing the video on Twitter, @upidaisy wrote: “Woke up to a text from my mom about how a wild elephant went into a Sri Lankan hotel and gently wandered around while poking stuff with his trunk.’
It is however not clear the exact date or time the video was recorded. According to reports, the elephant, named Natta Kota (meaning Short Tail), is a regular to the Jetwing Yala Hotel on the island’s south east coast.
He lives in the grounds, and occasionally makes his way inside where he seems unfazed by his surroundings.
