Ghanaian comic actor and comedian Benson Nana Yaw Oduro Boateng, popularly known as Funny Face, has drawn attention after a humorous encounter with a beautiful lady following Ghana’s 68th Independence Day celebrations.
In a TikTok video that surfaced online, Funny Face was seen interacting with his colleague Kwaku Manu and two lovely ladies in a parking lot. The two actors had earlier attended Ghana’s 68th Independence Anniversary Commemoration parade at the Jubilee House in Accra, where they participated in festivities alongside notable figures such as Lil Win and Oboy Siki.
During the lighthearted exchange, Funny Face warmly hugged one of the pretty ladies while Kwaku Manu and members of Menscook, a catering service provider, conversed nearby. However, the mood shifted when the lady revealed her name — Vanessa. Upon hearing this, Funny Face immediately released her, burst into laughter, and dashed toward Kwaku Manu for cover.
The moment sparked widespread reactions from Ghanaians on social media, as the name ‘Vanessa’ carries a significant connection to Funny Face’s past. Vanessa is the name of his estranged baby mama and former girlfriend, with whom he shares twin daughters, Ella and Bella.
