Joe PeePublic perception of corruption has always listed the Ghana Police Service as corrupt but sergeant Ibrahim Yakubu, an officer with the Accra Central MTTD unit like many others has dared to be different.
He is indeed serving with integrity as the law enforcement agency’s motto says.
Sergeant Yakubu directs traffic at the GIMPA-Christian village junction and he is always punctual at work to help ease vehicular congestions.
The zeal with which he executes his job has caught the admiration of some social media users who have encountered him took to Facebook to share their experiences with him.
“You can meet him as early as 6 O’clock every morning doing his work,” a social media user, Bhakta Lawson, wrote.
